Caracterização dos parâmetros termoelétricos de um módulo de efeito Peltier

Abstract

This paper presents na experimental methodology for obtaining the thermal and electrical parameters of a cell Peltier effect. These parameters are obtained on the basis of tests and observation of temperature, voltage and current of the thermoelement. The parameters obtained from thermoelent are inserted into the thermoelectric model in MatLab®. The simulations are compared with tests done with the thermoelement to validate the model tested.
