Abstract

Justice is a legal cause where we find that only the LAW is that can give man the power to pursue his substantive rights, sentimental, or immaterial. Justice is a statement made by the company and created through the RIGHT where search is the common good and peace among "men" for a social ethic, trying to end all conduct contrary to the order and the common good. Many are using to try to circumvent the legal precepts society and life, seeking only their interests. These are like a mixer, especially when they are under the strong influence of others. Unconsciously loses its purest character and ethics, showing his darker side terroristic, chronologically losing its luster. It is through a joint agreement stipulating what is legal or not, what we call "JUSTICE". We know that not everything that is legal is fair, and not everything that is legal is fair. For what is right for one may not be right for another, especially when it is thought collective. This is where common sense comes beings adults and ethics, making the erring reflect on their attitudes, emerging to find peace and condemn or forgive. We should reflect every evening with our ego: regardless of religion in this very life or after it, even if we had been wealthy, our body will have greater value than the other? This work focused on the study of repossession of the Pinheirinho slum in Sao Jose dos Campos.
