Resumen
Proper management of human and material resources related to lubrication in industrial environment is of fundamental importance to the financial health of organizations, since it provides gain of machine availability and increased equipment life. With the constant development and growth of the production system, the need for the implementation of efficient procedures for lubrication intensifies, making it virtually impossible to manage the information manually and making room for automated systems as support to their management. This study focuses on the development and implementation of a computerized system, to facilitate the assembly of preventive plans of lubrication in an agile way and appropriately. Thus, the computerized system involves procedures for filling the fields of the program with information regarding the location of machinery and equipment, identification of lubricants and service center for allocation of manpower. Such automated system behaves as an organized management tool of information and resources involved in the designs of the plans, which facilitates the administration of lubrication and preventive maintenance in the industrial complex where it is applied. The system also provides a module for monitoring the dates to be issued and the implementation of preventive plans created in order to monitor the correction of delays and / or possible damage. The lubrication management methodology implemented in this tool is considered useful for the efficient execution of maintenance tasks related to the companies, while being of simple structure and operation. The proposed computerized system was applied to a company in the steel sector, allowing for the identification of strengths and deficiencies of the tool.
