Abstract

The incessant pursuit of energy efficiency in the final uses of energy makes it necessary to improve existing systems and develop new techniques or applications that can bring sustainable benefits. In this context, this study proposes to evaluate the efficiency of heating household water used in showers by comparing results of the heating provided by an electromagnetic induction equipment and the heating provided by a resistive element.
