Regime diferenciado de contratações públicas: avaliação e perspectivas

Abstract

The aim of this word is to understand the characteristics of the “Regime Diferenciado de Contratações Públicas” (RDC) and how this new legal model for procurement system and public contracts is gaining ground in the national context of federal administrative reforms. We propose to analyze the route and carry a balance on the DRC since its regulation. This analysis aims to verify which have been the advances made by the public managers. Finally, we intend to demonstrate that the DRC represents a turning point in Brazilian legislation on procurement and contracting about to boosting the modification of bidding law or even replace it.
