Resumen
Industry 4.0 was driven by the intelligent use of the internet in the productive environment. In addition, Industry 5.0 introduces human and holistic concepts to labor relations. However, Industry 4.0 and 5.0 are not only related to the revolution in productive environments and the labor market, as professionals will need to adapt and develop the skills necessary to face these challenges. In this context, Education 4.0 and 5.0 emerges, terms that relate education to the concepts and pillars of Industry 4.0 and 5.0, enabling adequate training to qualify and requalify such professionals to the market, in addition to familiarizing students with emerging technologies and ensuring greater approximation of professionals with skills with human and holistic attributes, the socalled socioemotional skills. Therefore, this paper aims to identify the main socioemotional skills aimed at training professionals in the face of the Fourth and Fifth Industrial Revolution. For this, a Systematic Literature Review was carried out using the PRISMA Methodology, based on the terms of Industry 4.0, Education and Skills, with a final portfolio of 40 articles, analyzed using the QSR NVIVO [trade mark] software version 12. Based on In this research, it was possible to align fundamental socioemotional skills in the context of Education 4.0 and 5.0 and to develop an assessment tool in the form of a questionnaire to be applied to higher education. Through this, it is possible to measure the degree of development of these socioemotional skills and qualify and requalify the workforce according to their needs for adaptation in the context of Industry 4.0 and 5.0.
