Resumen
This work was based on pedagogical practices that are based on social interaction theories and self-efficacy. In this sense, two pedagogical approaches to learning are adopted: bandura's self-efficacy and Lev Vygotsky's social interaction, by which they guided this work. Thus, the objective of the research was to present these theoretical conceptions about the learning and development process. For this, a systematic review of the literature was made, considering a qualitative approach, with a reflection of the theories at the end. It was found that new education formats are necessary, where the teacher becomes the mediator of the learning process, increasing the capacity of students and schools, about school failures in our country and that, both self-efficacy and social interaction itself, overcome the traditional format of teaching, overlapping the national educational failure.
