A importância do grid tipográfico na leitura: análise inicial sobre a sua aplicação

Abstract

This paper presents a conceptual and dated research of Typographic Grid development and its importance to graphic design. The research approaches the history of the tool, showing its creators and how it developed solving practical problems of everyday life of people connected to the communication area. It also studied a prospect of the most used grids, all with different examples of graphic materials. At the end it shows a profound analysis of a newspaper, putting into practice all the themes shown in this work. All research is focused on showing that the Grid Typographic still stands as an important tool for the graphic designer to construct a work, to convey the more understandable information that must be transmitted to various receptors.
