Caracterização dos níveis de ruído em uma casa noturna

Abstract

The objective of this work is to identify through measurements, the sound pressure levels existing in a house of entertainment (nightclub, show house). In this environment, some laboring workers exposed to noise levels, being above those permitted by law, therefore exposed to the risk of noise-induced hearing loss - PAIR. The house usually works 5-8 hours a night and workers are exposed to noise with no protection: Bartender's, security guards, maids cleaning, organizers, other workers. In addition to the employees, customers, are also exposed to the same hazards, without some protective measure is used effectively. For this study, measurements were made with the aid of a meter integrator personal use, popularly mensure sound as dosimeter. Evaluations were made on people belonging to the group of homogeneous exposure. Through readings, it was found that noise levels are above the permissible values and taxes by current standards. To solve this problem, some measures have been suggested for noise mitigation through measures of collective and individual protection.
