Resumen
The dissertation has as purpose assist on the understanding of functioning of a wind-turbine, for this has a structured theoretical basis in the mainly functions of a wind-turbine and simulations with the use of Simulink, which go towards the theory, to turn more visible and didatic the operation’s manner of theses structures. To the creation of theoretical basis, the work lodges the historical concepts about the evolution of the use of winds by mankind, presenting the importance of this input, scoring the beginning of the use of the wind to the mechanical energy generation and afterwards electrical, the work lodges the evolution in researches and applied technologies all over the years to the development of wind generation practice. Jointly with the technological evolution are presented the economic evolution, that this kind of generation had, and the economic projections that it is going to have, in a chapter devoted to the world and national scenarios. Following with the work, are presented the main meaningful aspects of a wind-turbine, sundry structural or tecnologicals models and variations of each structure. Upon the theoretical basis’ presentation, the dissertation move forward the laboratory practice that consists of showing the main actions and pads of the simulink that can be utilized to replicate the functioning of a wind-turbine with the triggering of induction dually supplied. With this the work lodges a complete modeling of a wind-turbine system, distribution network and loads, in this model are applied some disturbances in the system, with this is possible to analyze and conclude the acting of the controls and regulators of the wind-turbine, as well as the differences in operating under sub-speed and overspeed conditions.
