Abstract

To measure the quality of cars manufacturing is through the data information about the incidents car parts failed and that are under warranty. The data have an ability to estimate the level of quality that films to the final consumer. With the help of computer technology, they have increased the chances of finding out more about incidents of warranty car parts and it is possible to using this data in a dashboard. The purpose to analyze data through the dashboard tool to place the most important data in the detection of failures of car parts in the region America. The data used are vehicle parts that have a 3 years warranty. Reducing the cost of after-sales and customer satisfaction relate on this study.
