Resumen
In the last decades, we have experienced several changes in the scientific scenario, which brought advances in its communication process with the advent of new information systems and its dissemination, favoring open access and the sharing of different objects generated in the research context. This fact added to the traditional scientific article new products such as research data, slides, presentations and videos. The binding of these objects around a single research is understood in the specific literature as an enhanced publication, which has different data models. In this sense, the present study aims to discuss how to link different digital objects in the context of enhanced publication. The study was conducted from bibliographic research, for theoretical and conceptual basis, and exploratory research, in order to understand the addressed scenario. It presents the Current Research Information System (CRIS) as an adequate infrastructure for an informational ecology capable of linking objects and their agents (people, institutions and funding agencies), in the context of the enhanced publication. Structuring the environment for connections to occur satisfactorily, whether with objects made available in CRIS or any other digital informational environment, requires knowledge of metadata, representation, and information architecture, so that the data layer is suitable for retrieval by computational applications and the proper interface for the information findability by humans.
