Abstract

This study aims to present the development of procedures and calculations involved in a cold room project built specifically in a container. This has as its main purpose the stock and storage of food products for short periods of time, as often occurs in enclosures as beverage distributors , for example. The calculations for the basic sizing of the cooling system will be carried out by the Engineering Equation Solver or ESS so as to serve as support for the sizing of the cooling system in question.
