Desenvolvimento e avaliação de uma interface vibrotátil para aprendizagem de movimentos de articulação das mãos para a execução de padrões rítmicos

Abstract

The aim of this work is to develop and evaluate a device with a vibrotactile interface in order to be used in the musical learning context. This device can help students in the specific movements learning of pivoting, used during a rhythmic pattern accompaniment. In order to evaluate, such device was used in a real context of use, where music students had the opportunity to use it. This evaluate was done through of a field study with direct observation of participants, in order to verify if the use of a vibrotactile interface is useful to inform the pivoting movements in the rhythmic patterns learning, specifically in the context of a music class with the presence of a teacher.
