Resumen
This paper aims to identify the main causative pathogens of leaf spots , as well as to assess the incidence and severity in different eucalypt species being Eucalyptus urophylla , E. camaldulensis , E. pellita , GFMO27 clone , clone I224 , flowering clone , clone C219 , excerta E. , E. propinqua , E. saligna x botryoides hybrid , hybrid pellita x E. tereticornis clone H13 , E. citriodora , E. robusta and hybrid E. grandis x E. urograndis . E. resinifera . Also evaluate the health of seed species of E. saligna and E. viminales . The experiment was conducted on the premises of the Laboratory of Plant Health and Education Unit Test Multiple Use Forest Settlement of Federal Technological University of Paraná , Campus Two Neighbors . Three experiments were conducted with the experiment 1 - seed health testing . 2 - Review the isolation, identification and preservation of fungi in the leaves , and 3 - the experiment was to evaluate the incidence and severity of foliar diseases . For experiment 1 , the analysis of sanity was performed by isolating the fungi present in the seeds . In the second sample leaves of the eucalyptus species were collected , and then isolated and identified fungi involved in the pathosystem . For the third experiment , the incidence and severity were assessed considering the damage caused by leaf spots in different species . The results showed , with respect to seed health , there was no significant difference between the species of E. saligna and E. verminales . For the isolated fungi found in different species were Kirramices sp. Colletotrichum sp. Cladosporium sp. and Pestalotia sp . In assessing the incidence and severity of disease was observed that the most resistant species with lower intensity of disease were the species Clone H13 E. robusta . The species that showed the greatest fungal attack was resinifera E. , and most attacked species E. propinqua . Clone H13 had the highest incidence to attack by pathogenic fungi in their leaves . For the assessment of severity species that stood out were more severely Clone H13 and E. robusta . Clone H13 showed the highest intensity of disease. With respect to seed health , there was no significant difference between the species of E. saligna and E. viminales .
