Resumen
Amidst the exacerbated growth of urban environments, there is a great need for green areas, since the absence of these areas leads to innumerable ecological problems that directly affect human well-being. As a result, landscaping in urban environments, besides the benefits to the environment, provides spaces for social interaction, areas for leisure, relaxation and relaxation. Thus, this work aimed to describe and inform the large number of benefits offered by plants directly and indirectly, and to create sensorial landscaping proposals. For this purpose initially, sensory landscaping must be understood as a means for the use of the senses, and in the elaboration of the proposals the use of touch, smell, taste, hearing and vision were explored in such a way that sensorial landscaping can to provide users with moments for the exploration of the five human senses, resulting in a physical, physiological and psychological well-being. Regarding the methodology, the research was classified as nature with a qualitative character, and with operability of bibliographical research. Because alternative sensory gardens have been created for hospitals, restaurants and schools, these proposals have been elaborated and planned according to the needs of the environment in question, focusing in the sense that it fits most with the place and is later explored. As well, the proposals bring with them the suggestions of constructions of gardens enabling to the constructions of alternative forms and in places with little space. In addition to the proposals, studies were carried out, in search of plant species with particular characteristics that would allow the exploration of a certain sense in a sensorial environment, such research, generated the construction of five lists, with twenty species for each direction in question. Also, a visual identity of the work was created for the dissemination of information in online social media. However, it is expected that from this work this knowledge will spread scientifically in a digital way to all, creating awareness of the importance of preservation and construction of green areas through landscaping. Thus, it is concluded that green environments have great potential in improving the quality of human life, but for these results to be noticeable it is necessary the participation and sensitization of the human being on the subject.
