This work aimed to the study and development of a system, whose implementation in the field should lead to obtaining a better quality control and better management of the stages of production processes in manufacturing enterprises of electronic boards. The model adopted here differs from the current commercial systems for this purpose, not to use computers and bar code readers in conventional production lines to make the appointments. It is understood that each step of the production line must be equipped with a pointing station, which basically consists of an electronic device equipped with a barcode reader prepared to interpret the data collected pointing label on the product being manufactured . This electronic device is connected to a server database and application, via an ethernet network, this server, the information transmitted by the station are pointing dealest and stored. To this end, we developed a management software to be used by managers and leaders of the company, via WEB interface for monitoring and management of information about the production and quality control. The scope of the research considers the use of general concepts of Lean Manufacturing, which aims at eliminating elements that do not add value and introduce elements that help manufacturing processes, and concepts are employed TPM (total productive maintenance), which aims at the elimination of losses and breakages of machinery and equipment.
