Resumen
Process management, also known as Business Processes Management (BPM), isone of the main management tools for improving communication between processes, as well as making software deployment much more productive. Thus, it is necessary for software deployment companies to elaborate process mapping to improve the effectiveness of software deployed in a company. Therefore, the objective of this work is to present a software implementation model developed for a company that serves customers in the fuel area. It will be possible to observe that the use of the model reduced the customers' abandonment of using the software, as well as the reduction of post-installation technical assistance.
