Abstract

The logistics distribution plays a significant role when it takes to the companys prosecution given their results, because reducts time and space between It's processing levels and customers. For this it makes necessary to come through an expedition process by systems which aim reduct stocks like PPCA, 5S, Toyota production system. By this way this very research has as objective to estimate determinants prosecution factors of a screws company expedition process. To makes it easier the cross docking and picking process will be explaned to promove an quickly and reliable expedition. It figures as a case research which uses qualitative method to board and solve the problem as well, turning it to an explanatore research of these proposed objectives, being possible, trough this research, to joing practice knowlege to all theoretic activity, observing that making technics and methods better is necessary to get to the organization goals.
