O papel do professor: algumas reflexões a partir de Uma professora muito maluquinha, de Ziraldo

Abstract

The present study is the result of the reflection and analysis of aspects related to the role of the teacher in the book of Children's Literature Uma professora muito Maluquinha. It was decided to carry out this study because there are few studies about the teacher training and the role of the teacher in the Curso de Letras of UTFPR - Câmpus Pato Branco. At first, it is talked about the life of the author as writer of books for the children's audience. Then, a general overview is given on Childhood Literature and its importance in the critical formation of children and adolescents. Subsequently, a study is made regarding the role of the teacher, with considerations about some methodologies used. Finally, topics of the work analyzed are presented. The research was developed through a bibliographical study, using as main authors: Paulo Freire (2002/2010), Libâneo (2001), Lajolo and Zilberman (2009), among others. Through this, it was found that it is important that the teacher, as well as Professora Maluquinha, always seek to innovate in their classes, in order to teach students to be critical citizens.
