Análise de atendimento de requisitos normativos de segurança do trabalho de um estabelecimento de comércio varejista de materiais da construção civil

Abstract

The significant data of workplace accidents in different activities aware for the need of adopting preventive actions towards the workers’ safety and health. Ensure their well being and physical integrity is essencial and brings bigger benefits than the required investments. In this context, this work aimed to investigate the conformance of a retail business establishment located in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba, in the state of Paraná according to the workplace standards and laws. Through the compilation of the applied aspects of the law, IT was developed a checklist, and applied in the place of study. By means of the coleted data, it was observed that, in average, 62% of the analysed aspects showed non conformities, against a number of only 34% of conformities and 4% of not applicable aspects. These results present the need of making corrective actions, in order to prevent accidents and improve workplace conditions.
