Resumen
The search for economic development has caused deep impact for the environment. With the intention of preserving it there was the creation of policies, legislation and international standards such as BS 7750 and posteriorly the series ISO 14000. With the purpose of evaluating the environmental impacts of its activities, adopting actions that disseminate sustainable concepts and practices in the corporation and take advantage of the benefits derived from the norm NBR ISO 14001: 2015, this work aims to assist the implementation of procedures of Environmental Management System in the nutritional supplement company Nutrilatina. For this, visits were made to know the company and an initial survey of the records and procedures already existent in the Environment Sector, and from this information this work was elaborated. Based on the review of the company's documentation, it was proposed the creation of procedures, records and associated documents based on some items of NBR ISO 14001: 2015. Therefore, it started with the review and adequacy of the company's Environmental Policy. Then, the survey of environmental aspects and impacts was carried out, which generated 27 spreadsheets referring to the company's sectors. From these, we obtained the significant aspects, where it can be observed that of the 41 environmental aspects surveyed, 23 are significant, and a plan was generated for Objectives and Goals. In order to contemplate all these points, seven new procedures and 13 other associated records associated with them were created to enrich what already exists in the organization. With the set of all the items mentioned in this paper it was possible to suggest a document similar to the Manual of the Environmental Management System, which was one of the last elaborated elements of the work. With the perspective of the adoption and implementation of practices of the Environmental Management System, it is concluded that the commitment of all employees and stakeholders is necessary, since adopting the standard by itself does not guarantee optimal environmental results.
