Abstract

In this article, it is discusses the probable changes in the scenario prior to the rise of the outsourcing law (Law No. 13,429) for the newly formed mechanical engineer. The study was based on a bibliography on the results of outsourcing in general, in the analysis of law nº 13.429 and in interviews with representatives of relevant organs in mechanical engineering. The aim is to understand how companies will be treated with outsourcing, which directly affects the employee. By means of comparison, using consolidated bibliography, one can glimpse how the market will be for the newly formed mechanical engineer, discussing topics such as employability and salary.
