Análise RAM aplicada aos equipamentos de limpeza de gás de um alto forno

Abstract

This study will be applied to blast furnace 1 Gas Cleaning, with the objective of presenting a structured analysis of reliability of this area after adoption of high rates of coal injection in big steel company, from 2015, which caused the equipment to work under more severe conditions due to the higher generation of particulate in the blast furnace gas (BFG). In this work, the information of time to failure and time of repair of several complex equipments were collected in the maintenance management system (SISMANA), applying tools of life data analysis, block diagram and reliability availability maintenance (RAM). As a result of this work, it was possible to identify the equipment with the highest incidence of failures and, with the application of the tools of reliability engineering, it was possible to raise the level of reliability of this area.
