Estudo pós-ocupacional em habitações de interesse social e análise da funcionalidade de projetos flexíveis para habitação popular na cidade de Pinhais, PR

Abstract

The paper has the main objective to evaluate the satisfaction of the residents of housing Jardim Jerivá, located in Pinhais-PR, which is part of the program Minha Casa Minha Vida. The focus of research is on social housing, for indeed, it is where greater flexibility is demanded due to socioeconomic contexts. The research was based on interviewing 90 families who are already dwelling in place, for this we used a standard questionnaire developed by BIJORA (2013) for details of the occupation. The results were arranged in charts to define the profile of the occupation and the wishes of the residents for the expansion of housing. In addition to research, the analysis of project proposals to expand the types of flexible housing assembly and certificates the functionality according recommended by recognized authors’ indices. Among the analyzes, we highlight the best functional performance of the extended housing projects. It was also verified the performance of housing as the minimum specifications of the CEF. Finally it was concluded that the expansion projects meet the wishes of local residents, and fall short on some requirements of the specifications of Ordinance No. 465 (MINISTÉRIO DAS CIDADES, 2011) which imposes new projects of the program increased free floor area due to minimal furnishings, and minimum clearances. Nevertheless, improving the management of the project should be continued, increasingly integrating the participation of residents in project decisions.
