Actualmente la realidad se desenvuelve bajo nuevos criterios sociales y organizativos que incluyen nuevas estructuras como partes de una Sociedad Virtual, lo que conlleva a nuevas configuraciones de los Equipos de Trabajo. Mediante un esquema heurístico se realizó un constructo conceptual y proyectivo, cuyos ejes temáticos espacio y tiempo se visualizaron dentro de la definición de complejidad de Herbert Simon, generando una aproximación al estado del arte en este sentido y las aristas para su tratamiento y futuras investigaciones.Nowadays reality is developed under new social and organizational criteria that include new structures as part of a Virtual Society, which includes new configurations of the Work Teams.
