The study presented in the following scientific article was the implementation of interactive distance education as a modality in all institutions of the Educational Complex "Raul Quero Silva" through System Interactive Distance Learning (SAIA). The S.A.I.A establishes the educational and technical for the use of new electronic media in teaching principles – distance learning, as an alternative and complementary to classroom study, making programs Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Extension accessible. Reason requires the training of teachers and the implementation of S.A.I.A in all institutions of the said complex. This research is part of a quantitative model oriented field research descriptive. The validity of the same was done with a test trial of experts from the University Fermin Toro (UFT), to measure the reliability of the instrument method coefficient Cronbach's alpha was applied, once the implementation of the instruments which were validated by two experts on the subject and a methodologist, information got up and proceeded to make their analysis by indicators, and then tabulate the results and graphically. As a result the implementation of SAIA was obtained in 99% of the institutions that make up the educational complex, the design of more than 60% of the virtual classrooms of the curriculum of studies and creation of a Virtual Research Center.El estudio que se presenta consistió en la implementación de la educación interactiva a distancia como una modalidad educativa en todas las instituciones que conforman el Complejo Educativo “Raúl Quero Silva”, a través del Sistema de Aprendizaje interactivo a distancia (SAIA). El S.A.I.A establece los principios pedagógicos y técnicos para la utilización de los nuevos medios telemáticos en la enseñanza - aprendizaje a distancia, como medio alternativo y complementario al estudio presencial, haciendo accesibles los programas de Pregrado, Postgrado y Extensión. Razón que hace necesaria la formación del docente y la incorporación del S.A.I.A en todas las instituciones que conforman el mencionado Complejo. Para realizar el presente estudio, se utilizó un modelo cuantitativo de ampo de carácter descriptivo. La validez de la misma se realizó con una prueba juicio de expertos de la Universidad Fermín Toro (UFT), Para medir la confiabilidad del instrumento se aplicó el método de Coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach, una vez realizada la aplicación de los instrumentos, se levantó la información y se procedió a hacer su análisis respectivo mediante indicadores, y luego tabular los resultados obtenidos y representarlos gráficamente. Como resultado se obtuvo la implementación del SAIA en el 99% de las instituciones que conforman el complejo educativo, el diseño de más del 60% de las aulas virtuales de los pensum de estudios y creación de un Centro de Investigación Virtual.
