This article was outlined from the elements that make up the theoretical construct configured from the findings that emerged during the research activity that is in its final phase as a doctoral thesis on the approach of an environmental culture in the socio-educational context of the secondary education level. in the state of Cojedes, for which a qualitative research of an interpretive paradigm with a phenomenological method was carried out. It was formulated as an intention to glimpse the emerging lines in the transfer of knowledge for the configuration of a new environmental culture. To achieve this purpose, a semi-structured interview was applied to the versioners with a teacher and student profile, which was applied in a public and private high school. The findings include that the educational platform must be configured with the technological components that provide innovation to the educational process both in the application of ICT and social capital networks that strengthen learning for the respective adaptation of the student to their realities, the teacher who is responsible for the teaching process and subject in this research that allowed me to demonstrate the tools that he makes available during his work to infuse his students with the necessary information about the natural process of photosynthesis and which currently must seek more dynamic tools and rely on new technologies and approaches to awaken the interests of the studentEl presente artículo se delineó desde los elementos que conforman el constructo teórico configurado desde los hallazgos surgidos durante la actividad investigativa que se encuentra en su fase final como tesis doctoral en la aproximación de una cultural ambiental en el contexto socio-educativo del nivel de educación media en el estado Cojedes para lo cual se ejecutó una investigación cualitativa de paradigma interpretativo con método fenomenológico. Se formuló como intencionalidad el vislumbrar las líneas emergentes en la transferencia de conocimiento para la configuración de una nueva cultura ambiental. Para el logro del propósito se aplicó entrevista semi-estructurada a los versionantes con perfil de docente y de estudiantes que fue aplicada en un liceo público y uno privado. Entre los hallazgos se destacan que la plataforma educativa debe estar configurada con los componentes tecnológicos que proporcionen innovación al proceso educativo tanto en la aplicación de las TIC y de la redes de capital social que fortalezcan el aprendizaje para la respectiva adaptación del estudiante a sus realidades, el docente que es el responsable del proceso de enseñanza y sujeto en esta investigación que me permitió evidenciar las herramientas que pone a la disposición durante su labor para lograr infundir en sus estudiantes la información necesaria sobre el proceso natural de fotosíntesis y el cual en la actualidad debe procurar herramientas más dinámicas y apoyarse en las nuevas tecnológicas y enfoques para despertar el intereses en el estudiante.
