Empoderamiento de las madres cabeza de familia en el Corregimiento de Hibácharo del Municipio de Piojó - Atlántico

Abstract

Este proyecto expone diferentes teorías sobre el empoderamiento de la mujer resaltando la necesidad de incluirlas en procesos para lograr una transformación social de sus vidas y comunidades, así mismo presenta la importancia de contribuir a la formación de la madre cabeza de familia como un aporte para disminuir las brechas sociales. El documento despliega una ruta clara para favorecer al desarrollo del empoderamiento de las madres cabeza de familia del Corregimiento de Hibácharo que se encuentra ubicado en el Municipio de Piojó- Atlántico al norte de Colombia. Las fases inician con la formulación de un diagnóstico situacional el cual se realizará a través de entrevistas individuales y mesas de trabajo, con el fin de conocer la realidad del grupo objeto de estudio. Con los insumos obtenidos se diseñará un programa de formación el cual no solamente tendrá como eje el emprendimiento financiero, sino también el desarrollo de su autoconcepto, brindarles herramientas para la gestión y fortalecimiento de sus capacidades. En la última fase, se propone realizar alianzas con el ente Departamental y Municipal para que sirvan como red de apoyo, además, que brinden la oportunidad de obtener recursos para la materialización de los planes de negocios diseñados por las madres.

This project exposes different theories on the empowerment of women highlighting the need to include them in processes to achieve a social transformation of their lives and communities, as well as presents the importance of contributing to the formation of the mother head of the family as a contribution to reduce social gaps. The document deploys a clear route to favor the development of the empowerment of the mothers head of the family of the Corregimiento of Hibácharo that is located in the Municipality of Piojó-Atlántico in the north of Colombia. The phases begin with the formulation of a situational diagnosis which will be carried out through individual interviews and work tables, in order to know the reality of the group under study. With the inputs obtained, a training program will be designed which will not only have as its axis financial entrepreneurship, but also the development of their self-concept, providing them with tools for the management and strengthening of their capacities. In the last phase, it is proposed to make alliances with the Departmental and Municipal entity so that they serve as a support network, in addition, that provide the opportunity to obtain resources for the materialization of the business plans designed by the mothers.
