With this work I try to make a journey from the gestation of the legal business to the final registration of the registrable document. For this, it is necessary to consider some postulates that the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation bringin this regard, such as what is established by Law 17.801.Con el presente trabajo procuro realizar un recorrido desde la gestación del negocio jurídico hasta la inscripción definitiva del documento registrable. Para ello se debe considerar algunos postulados que el Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación traen al respecto como lo que establece la Ley 17.801.
