dc.description.abstractThis paper studies two of the most well known systems of legislative abstention in freedom of association matters. The case of Uruguay and Italy, analyzing their main characters and challenges, to present some proposals about the most appropriate way of articulating law and autonomy in the context of the Latin American trade union systems.
