The article revises the relationship between Goethe, Hegel and the German Idealists and argues Goethe had an interest in kantian philosophy and although Hegel was appreciative of his work, not so vice versa.El artículo revisa la relación entre Goethe, Hegel y los idealistas alemanes y plantea que si bien Goethe se interesó por la filosofía kantiana y su obra fue bien recibida por Hegel, este último no fue del agrado de Goethe.
