| dc.description | The study aimed to reflect on the memory of workers and places of memory, considering the world of work within the capitalist society and the heterogeneity of the working class in the Brazilian scenario. From the theoretical review, we highlight the possibilities of social rebelliousness in the work crisis scenario that affects organizations claiming workers' rights. We emphasize the importance of the field of political memory for the study of the memory of workers, as well as for places of memory. In this sense, we can think that both museums and archives and collective spaces of workers' organization are constituted as places of memory and recall. Moreover, they enable the transformation of the present through the resignification of the past. | en-US |
| dc.description | O estudo teve como objetivo refletir sobre as memórias de trabalhadores e oslugares de memória, considerando o mundo do trabalho no âmbito da sociedadecapitalista e a heterogeneidade da classe trabalhadora no cenário brasileiro. A partirde revisão de literatura, destacamos o estudo acerca das relações de poder e aspossibilidades de rebeldia social diante do cenário de crise do trabalho.Argumentamos que tanto museus arquivos e memoriais quanto os espaços coletivosde organização de trabalhadores se constituem como lugares de memória que seconfiguram como as resistências possíveis.
