Resumen
The main objective of this article is to expose a certain organizational metaphor, derived from the theory of the comunicative acting, formulated by Habermas. The organization, taken as a "communicative system", is a social subsystem where, in a dialectic tension, coexist elements that are communicative, meaning that the belong to the organizational world, or life, with predominance of the latter. To support this metaphor is used the organizational referential of Matus' situational planning. A correlation is established between the Matusian conception of basic rules of the organizational game and the Habermasian concept of organizational world, or life, the latter understood as awider expression of the culture or of the tradition agglutinating as well as predeterminating the organizations. Some aspects of a communicative management are, finally, presented in the framework of the survey which has defined the title, mainly as to the question of the search of a greater institutional responsability. And this presentation is founded on the supposition that between the cultural tradition and a communicative management is configured a dynamic interaction, tuming each one of these terms a necessary extension of the other. Apresentação de metáfora organizacional, derivada da teoria do agir comunicativo de Habermas.
