Resumen
El proyecto consiste en la elaboración y comercialización de detergente lavavajillas a
base de saponina de cabuya (Agave Americano L.) denominado “saponin”, lo cual
abarca desde la recepción de la materia prima que es la cabuya para la obtención de la
saponina hasta la distribución de la lavavajilla. Este proyecto se plantea como solución
al problema de la dependencia de petróleo que se tiene en el mundo para la fabricación
de productos, ya que la mayoría de estos productos en su composición principal llevan
derivados de petróleo como es el caso de los detergentes que uno de sus componentes
activos es el lauril éter sulfato de sodio y el dodecil bencenosulfonato de sodio que es
un derivado del petróleo, además de ello en los últimos años se está incrementando en
los costas a nivel mundial y en los ríos los contaminantes emergentes que son resultado
de la utilización de detergentes en exceso.
Saponin será un producto amigable con el medio ambiente y cuidara la piel de las
personas ya que al ser elaborado de manera natural se garantizará que el producto sea
de calidad
Según el estudio de pre factibilidad se ve que el proyecto es factible ya que se cuenta
con materia prima disponibles, maquinarias disponibles y mano de obra calificada para
la elaboración, la inversión inicial es considerables, pero se recupera con la venta que
se realiza ya que según el estudio de mercado realizado aún hay vacíos que cubrir en
este rubro.
