Resumen
We present a 35-year-old African American man with AIDS-associated Kaposi sarcoma with atypical bilateral lower limb lymphedema as the only sign of the disease during the 4-year follow-up. Lymphedema portrays a poor prognosis and represents an indication for chemotherapy in addition to antiretroviral therapy.
