Desintegración familiar y violencia de los infractores del programa padres construyendo hijos de éxito – Fiscalía provincial de Trujillo: 2019

Abstract

La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia de la desintegración familiar en la violencia juvenil de los infractores del Programa Padres Construyendo Hijos de Éxito – Fiscalía Provincial de Trujillo: 2019.

Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como base un diseño explicativo, y la muestra constó de 20 padres y/o madres de los adolescentes infractores, con los cuales se trabajó aplicando los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cuantitativa: Método estadístico y como técnica a la encuesta, y la investigación cualitativa: Método inductivo – deductivo; y como técnicas la observación directa y la entrevista. De los resultados obtenidos se puede inferir que la desintegración familiar debido a separación, ausencia prolongada de los padres y la deficiente comunicación familiar ha influido significativamente en la violencia juvenil de los adolescentes infractores acusados por la Fiscalía Provincial de Trujillo. Finalmente, consideramos que dicha problemática merece una investigación profunda, para poder determinar cuáles son los elementos que influyen en estos adolescentes infractores, así como el porqué de este comportamiento que lleva al adolescente a cumplir una medida y sobre todo saber si cuentan con un soporte familiar adecuado para contribuir en su rehabilitación y reinserción social. This thesis was carried out in order to analyze the influence of family disintegration on youth violence of offenders of the Parents Building Children of Success Program - Fiscalía Provincial de Trujillo: 2019. The type of applied research was considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 20 fathers and / or mothers of the offending adolescents, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research: Statistical method and as a technique to the survey, and qualitative research: Inductive - deductive method; and as techniques direct observation and interview. From the results obtained, it can be inferred that family disintegration due to separation, prolonged absence of parents and poor family communication has significantly influenced the youth violence of adolescent offenders accused by the Provincial Prosecutor of Trujillo. Finally, we consider that this problem deserves an in-depth investigation, in order to determine what are the elements that influence these offending adolescents, as well as the reason for this behavior that leads the adolescent to comply with a measure and, above all, to know if they have family support suitable to contribute to their rehabilitation and social reintegration.
