Modelamiento mediante diagramas de enlace y control de un sistema de medio vehículo con suspensión activa para la mejora del confort del pasajero

El presente trabajo tuvo el objetivo de modelar, simular y controlar un sistema
de medio vehículo con suspensión activa, para mejorar del confort del pasajero.
Para modelar el sistema se ha utilizado la metodología de diagramas de enlace, se
ha diseñado un controlador PID usando como entrada al voltaje de alimentación
de un actuador eléctrico en la suspensión delantera y como salida a la velocidad
del asiento del pasajero. Los paramentos del controlador han sido sintonizados
mediante el método de Ziegler – Nichols usando la ganancia crítica. Se han
implementado modelos para simulación en los software 20SIM y MATLAB.
Se han realizado simulaciones para diferentes perfiles de pistas estandarizados
y se ha comparado el desempeño del sistema con suspensión activa, con uno con
suspensión pasiva. Los resultados indican una reducción de más del 70 % en todos
los tipos de perfiles de pistas analizados. Aunque el controlador fue diseñado solo
utilizando el perfil de pista D-E, su desempeño ha sido similar para todos los
perfiles, y no se muestran diferencias significativas al cambiar de perfil. Para
todos los perfiles se pudo disminuir el nivel de incomodidad, llegando a cero en
los perfiles A-B, B-C y C-D.
La aplicación de los diagramas de enlaces ha proporcionado una manera metódica
de modelar el sistema de medio vehículo, y el método experimental de Ziegler
– Nichols ha permitido diseñar un controlador que reduzca las aceleraciones en el
asiento del pasajero, disminuyendo así los niveles de incomodidad según normas
internacionales.
