Incidencia de la planificación de los requerimientos de los pedidos de compra para lograr la eficiencia en la gestión de compras de bienes en el instituto regional de oftalmología la libertad 2016

Abstract

The Regional Institute of Ophthalmology is an ophthalmology center providing highly specialized care optimum benefit of the population, especially the most vulnerable. Procurement management of goods plays an important role in quality care services of the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, therefore requires management to purchase real effective and efficient. Purchasing management should be primarily important points about planning in developing requirements of purchase orders So in this paper it focuses on the incidence of planning requirements purchase orders made by the user area for efficiency in the management of purchasing goods from the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology Planning can not be done successfully if the Logistics Unit functions as emergency unit dedicated to " putting out fires" , which necessarily would cause dissatisfaction of the user areas , stress and tensions between the areas involved . In short, good planning also allows us to control the procurement process, analyze deviations and thus make better decisions in the future.
