This research entitled: "STRATEGIES OF RETAIL MARKETING MIX TO INCREASE THE LEVEL OF SALES OF THE PRACTIMUEBLES S.A.C. COMPANY", under the heading of problem: What strategies of retail marketing mix contribute to increase the level of sales of the Practimuebles S.A.C. company?, this dissertation have an objective determine the strategies of retail marketing mix wich contribute to increase the level of sales of the company under study, based on the hypothesis that the strategies of retail marketing mix, wich offer a wide differentiation, are those that contribute to increase the level of sales of the Practimuebles S.A.C. company. This dissertation is developed in four parts, each of one is analyze in order to permit formulate strategies based on the problem. The study was realized with historical dates, information provided by the company, interviews with the manager of Practimuebles S.A.C. and survey to their clients; among the most relevant aspects. With this research I conclude that, strategies of range of products, communication and visual merchandising provide a competitive advantage to the Practimuebles S.A.C. company, helping to increase the level of their sales.
