Resumen
Introduction: Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy remain a major public health problem, screening for the detection of hypertensive disorders: maternal aging, fetal ultrasound of the uterine arteries and serum markers such as plasma protein A associated with pregnancy (PAPP-A) , tyrosine kinase-1 (sFlt-1), β fraction of the hormone chorionic gonadotropin (βhCG), placental growth factor (PIGF), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Objective: To determine the ultrasonographic predictive factors and serum markers of hypertensive diseases of pregnancy by reviewing scientific articles for the timely detection of these disorders. Materials and methods: American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Scielo, Pubmed, a review of 37 scientific articles including meta-analyzes and guides was carried out. Result: it was determined that the Doppler echo of the uterine artery is a competent competence as the prediction of the serum level VEGF is currently being used with good results, as other studies on the registration of Doppler-associated plaques have a higher incidence on the prediction of said pathologies. Conclusion: In our environment, primary health care should apply the echographic predictive factors such as the Doppler echo of the uterine artery, while the detection tests of these hypertensive pathologies of pregnancy.
