The objective of this titling project is to implement a menu with its menu based on red meats, which, within the tourism sector, one of the most important sources of income in the country is the food and drink service, we find them easily within hotels, as well as in restaurants, which tend to offer a large variety of national and foreign dishes. The main objective of a food and beverage service company is to reach the customer in the fastest way; Therefore, for the development of the following proposal for the implementation of a letter, the different products to be offered are detailed in the most simple and well-organized manner, in order to satisfy the customer's needs. The city of Machala has a wide variety of restaurants which in turn offer different varieties of preparations, which manage to conquer the palate of each of its inhabitants, in this project we will try to develop different recipes which will experience new sensations in your guests and make known in what kind of restaurant you can find them.
