Incidencia de las ecuaciones de valor en re-negociación de préstamos en la Cooperativa JEP agencia Pasaje durante el año 2018.

Abstract

Financial mathematics are key in socioeconomic development, thanks to the fact that they empower the financing of projects through investments, managing the value of money over time. The pertinent documentation describes the process to renegotiate loans to credits in the Cooperativa Juventud Ecuatoriana Progresista (JEP), Pasaje agency, applying the value equations as a tool to value the capital, in relation to the payment periods. Two French and German amortization systems are analyzed in order to appreciate which is more favorable, from the debtor's point of view; staging a $ 10 000.00 credit simulated in the JEP at an interest of% 18.27 per year, according to the banking requirements of the capitalist entity that grants the loan. The study is conducted using a deductive methodology analyzing the aforementioned content, through a literary review to settle a case study, in relation to a renegotiation of the debt in periods of time other than the amortization table in order to quantify the amounts net to pay and infer the relevance of financial mathematics in the professional field.
