The following investigative work tries to generate a strategic plan for the company CODELMA, which sells and commercializes materials for furniture upholstery whose objective is to identify the strategies in the processes of the company Codelma in order to improve processes and manage a correct administrative management of their activities and control of them. The strategic map is an essential tool because it helps to establish, control the processes of a company which allows to reach the proposed goals of the company CODELMA, whose methodology used in the project is the transversal and descriptive adapted with interview techniques and observation to develop the key matrices of the strategic planning processes that are fundamental. Whose result is to look for that the company improves in its processes and verifies to have a control in the commercialization of its products, necessary aspects to reach the correct operation of the company by means of the study foda; and strategic map as well as business objectives, to achieve operational quality, which will generate you as guides for the insertion in the markets of the Province of El Oro
