Anteproyecto arquitectónico diseño de un conjunto de residencias universitarias

Abstract

This work prior to obtaining the title of Architect degree, presents a design proposal of a set of dor¬mitories, a service and equipment that the city obviously need.

The draft is not only aimed at the construction of housing for students but as a suitable space for academic activities, spaces for having rest and at the same time a place to study and prepare for the next professional life that coming The building is determined based on living quar¬ters for one, two, three or four users, and another for a user with disabilities. The spaces are multi¬functional and versatile, helping the various tasks that users could develop in different careers. The project also provides for the location of spaces and complementary services to ease users: cas¬hiers, study rooms, cafeteria, gym, etc., necessary in a facility of this nature. Finally the project is located at similar distances from the main universities of Cuenca.
