Training is a process that seeks to enable workers to carry out their tasks effectively, by developing and strengthening the skills of each employee contributing to their professional training and personal development. Therefore, the EmpresaEléctrica Regional Centro Sur C.A., the company wants to establish a training model for operational staff. Since the CENTROSUR currently does not have a structured process that allows to provide the same training to each of the employees entering the company. To meet this need the present work arises whose starting point was the diagnosis of training needs through a survey that was applied to electricians and an interview held to the heads of Groups; the information obtained was used as a basis for developing a model of structured training which will cover the current needs of electricians, instructors and the organization. Thus through the proper execution of the tasks by employees it can meet the objectives of the Strategic Plan and strengthen the know - how of the organization.
