Plan Estratégico para el fortalecimiento de Centros Turísticos Comunitarios aplicado al Inti Wasi del cantón Saraguro

Abstract

The current monograph is a connection of tourism, community and culture. The strategic plan of strengthening the organizational area of the Tourist Center, is going to be applied to “TC Inti Wasi” located in Saraguro canton, Loja province; which will be a very important tool that will support as a reference for strengthening other Tourist Centers. Initially, a preliminary location diagnosis of Inti Wasi Tourist Center will be developed. It will help us to know about the current performance of community tourism. Due to that lack of organization strategies, the Tourist Center has not grown up as expected. Therefore, it becomes the main motivation to work up a Strategic Plan with the purpose of being a guide for the Ilincho Community Tourist Center and other Community Tourist Centers of the country.
