It is a work of compilation and analysis of bibliographic information. The general objective of this investigation is based in the management strategies to include immigrant children in the classroom. There are to address related issues of human mobility, migration types and it has to analyze the studies about immigrant children and adolescents in Ecuador. In the same way it analyzes the normative of the children and adolescents based on immigration status from international conventions, Constitution of Ecuador, the Code on Children and Adolescents, and the Organic Law of Intercultural Education, they emphasizes that they must ensure intercultural education. According to the indicated normative and the results of the studies, which indicate that migrant students have difficulty in attending educational institutions, there are some strategies to foment the inclusion, both institutional and classroom level.
With these references it pretends to provide supplies to the teachers to propitiate an Inclusive Intercultural Education which promoted the respect to the person in equal conditions, but promoting the conservation of cultural identities.
