Abstract

The present research has by object to determine the principal cause that generates scrap in final products in the final stage of commercial vehicles tires in “Continental Tire Andina S.A.” First we have a database of general defects after that we determined the principal cause of scrap product. one time determined our object of study "anomaly curing cycle" we made a detailed analysis of principal defect to provide tools to the Business Team of CVT to reduce the incidence of the defect.
