The purpose of this bibliography research is to identify relationships between the Burnout Syndrome in teachers and the treatment with their students of basic education.
Apparently the teacher staff discomfort is generated by advanced requirements in the educational system, such as the increase on working hours, fulfillment of inclusive education, school attendance back-up and the responsibility of provide help for parents. These requirements produce higher levels of worry and could easily turn into a mental problem in the teachers. The most seriously consequence of this Syndrome is the influence in the student’s treatment.
Theoretically, this study gets focused on the School Psychopathology and the professional teacher development.
The principal goal of the research is analyzed the Burnout Syndrome in the professional teacher education and discovering the conditions that generated it.
The establishment of the aims was a result of a deep bibliographical investigation.
The results of this analysis shows that the Burnout Syndrome is a consequence of higher stress levels which affect particularly to the teacher staff. The review published first works about this syndrome demonstrate that teachers experiment physical and psychological problems which directly affects the education quality process and student-teacher relationships
